Definitions
Frisson (also referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to Frisson Events LLC, located at 8 The Green, Delaware, USA. Service - refers to the applications, services, and websites provided by Frisson, accessible from frisson.events. Device - means any device that can access our Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
User Rights and Responsibilities
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Service under these Terms. You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from attempting to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, or hacking or attempting to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
Payments and Refunds
All fees are due at the time of purchase or renewal and are governed by our billing terms in effect at the time of the transaction. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, please let us know. We value your feedback and are committed to resolving any issues.
Ticket Refunds
Time Frame: You can request a refund for your ticket purchase within 48 hours of the purchase or at least 14 days before the event date, whichever comes first. Condition: Refunds are applicable only to ticket purchases and do not cover any additional services or fees that may have been incurred, such as service fees, handling fees, or donations.
Non-refundable Tickets
Exceptions: Tickets marked as "Non-refundable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded. Special events, promotional events, and charity events may also have specific refund restrictions.
Ticket Exchanges
Availability: We offer the ability to exchange your tickets for another event if you cannot attend the original event. Exchanges are subject to availability and the ticket price differences. Procedure: Please contact us at least 7 days before the event to arrange an exchange.
Cancellations by Us
Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by us or the organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation announcement. Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may request a refund if they cannot attend the new date, subject to the conditions stated above.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Fees
Service Fees: All service fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. Shipping Fees: For physical tickets that were shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of our Service after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.
